Good points. You're definitely on the right track! -g-

Society would improve immensely if the criminal justice system would simply execute violent criminals instead of releasing them to kill, rape, and assault over and over again. A dead felon cannot hurt anyone.

Imagine how clean and safe the streets would be with fleets of Mobile Court Units deployed. These units would specialize in responding to scenes of mass violence where ample video evidence exists and multiple eye witnesses are present. All evidence would be quickly collected and processed, while witness depositions are taken. The trial would be conducted while en route to a large underground gas chamber designed for mass executions. The trial should not take long when there is video of evidence of the perp boasting into his cell phone camera about killing a man as he pulls the trigger and his friends laugh and kick the man in the head. The time from "suspect" to "executed" in such cases should be measured literally in hours, not decades.
