This was a very good SotU speech from a political standpoint. I'm not sure that it will get him anymore votes. It will certainly rally his fans and it will also piss off his established opponents. I don't think it will move any of the "undecideds". I think that only political junkies would watch the SOTU anyway and they are decided. one way or another already. He may have said politically good things, but I just don't think it matters.
