Why do insider sell anyway; can't they sell covered calls ? My Nov15 MCRE just expired worthless. I'd rather be 'called-away' than to just sell. As far as all the insider form 144s that were noted here I'm taking that as a signal to hold off any more MCRE. I was thinking of loading up on 'her' (again) but now I will wait. All I have now (MCRE) is some old FRAC. I'd love to get more MCRE below $10. Just my 2-cents but my 'gut' tells me something is brewing. Could there be another company buy in the picture ? I'm still thinking the graphics software industry will consolidate as has been the history with MetaTools/FRAC in their repective developments. My guess is Macromedia is in the picture somehow.
