Ben tried, he blew up Lehman after having doubts about Bear.
It was not contained. He then had to quadruple the monetary base
to contain what blew. -g-

Yeah, the regulators are twisting their arms. Not enough? Sure.
Do we know a solution?

Well, there was an arms treaty with Russia, we reduced
warheads quite a bit over time. It took a few decades.
Now we have the whole globe armed with financial nukes
that can detonate with the speed of light - how long it
takes for fastest IBM supercomputer to reach exchanges
in London, Frankfurt, New York, and Chicago.
It's best that nukes don't fly. -g-
