"Btw, have any true believers reading this checked to find out if patents were filed, under whose name? JBII or JB? What's to stop JB from saying effit and walking away with his secret catalyst and start over?"

I was looking at that just yesterday. If I didn't have a couple nicely fatted pork chops calling me I'd get into it. His constraints as shown below are minimal, as you might expect them to be. And it's possible that the lack of evidence of any patents at all, versus whose name they might be in, speaks directly to the issue.
sec.gov

Lots of questions nicely raised.

I like it! What I like the most is the "IFs"
When an item cost around the money of this $700.000 and you spent 30 million.
I would feel like a fool if I bought it.
But no one questions were the money is going or where it went.
In time like all it will come out. Most think he is going to walk aways from this.
But so far the track record is showing that has not happen yet.
Just like the law suits DISMISSED. Like they were all just dropped. "SUCKERS"

re: Why isn't there some kind of shareholder revolt going on to get boy genuis the eff out of the boardroom and get his ass to resign as an officer and get the SEC lawsuit settled? I mean, WTF!!!!! Haven't any of these shareholders ever heard of the prudent man theory?

It's all Juicy John and nothing else. Everything else is part of the con run by Juice. The illusion of a board, officers, viable product, plant in Niagra ... all part of the scheme. Big honking drum unloaded by forklifts: for show. Juicy John holding a vial of magic petroleum: another prop.

Every thing done publicly in this elaborate con was done for a single reason: to sell shares in an illusion.

$30 million buys lots of smoke and mirrors.

good post, much of it is my perspective also.....the Feb 2010 media blitz got my attention, and from there it goes, disputing what seemed to me (and you) obvious WTF moments.....

What's to stop JB from saying effit and walking away with his secret catalyst and start over? If you don't think that's possible, I can tell you I've seen it happen before with other companies.

yep, like with Rivera.......he did a "dividend" shuffle with USSE <> SSTP, and in the end it was only about some hazy license from him to use his tech.....in certain areas!!!!.......shareholders pay for Rivera to license himself partial rights to Cos he controls.....OPM, sweet!!!.....of course, with Rivera, it was useless tech, just an illusion of something great......still waiting for JBII to wow me, SERIOUSLY doubt it will happen, but so long, and thanks for the flips!!!!

BTW, one of my first questions on the JBII board was along lines of who has what ownership here??......there were two USSEs, one Rivera, one Stanton!!! (see the infamous Kissy Kat Magic Diesel article by Forbes)......USSE Nevada, USSE Florida.......JBI Nevada, JBI Delaware, etc, etc, old hash, I know, but hard to make this stuff up!!!!.....at least Stanton and Rivera had 4 arms total.....

(then those other weird entities started popping up, like plastic2oil-land, or whatever)

PS: as we now know the radiation fob patent was once listed as JBII IP, then later it was amended to be JB's IP......kind of moot anyway, being of dubious worth, IMO, after reading the (now expired??) patent......I forgot in all this mess if he got any compensation for that patent rubbing its arms with the Co........$50K or something????
