Obama has only cut taxes to stimulate the economy, and only on the wealthy because the (R)'s have forced it. Tax cuts are the only form of stimulus the (R)'s allow. Contrast that with the (R)'s, who cut and maintained cuts in GOOD economic times.

I can guarantee that Obama will raise taxes and cut the deficit if the economy improves more. He's a sensible, total pragmatist.
