Way to take Richard C. to the hoop Ted. GE can do nothing at this present time. They have to wait like everyone else for REFR's orders to start film production. When the ball starts to roll, GE and everyone else concerned will be in the game. There will be fortunes made by all of the film producers. They will probally have trouble keeping up with the demand. Lets see now, how many windows are there in the world today, hum?????
Can't wait to have one installed in my kitchen....Archie

TC- I like the basketball reference in your post and in some of the replys to your post. I give it a shot.

I talk to coaches all year. But I've never met a coach who does not think "this" is going to be a great year for his/her team. Same with people who work for most companies. If they did not belive in the product, they would not be there. So what I'm looking for is an independent person, not connected to REFR, who says we are 0ne, two, three, or however many years away from a product. So far we have not seen many (if any). My conversations with GE left me feeling that maybe we were all being shown the only one side of the court.

As to the license issue, if all licenses are open "forever" then any company who has ever signed a license agreement can product a product forever. So what protection does that offer the next licensee? I'm not sure I would want to invest millions of dollars to start production, only to be joined in that production by every company who ever signed a license. Gee, rather than investing in the stock maybe I should just send them $50,000 and get my license to produce the film. Then after someone else spends the time and money to develope a market, I'll just jump right in. What would stop me? I have a license too!

If you have read my posts, both here and on AOL, you know that I was a defender of REFR for a long time. You know that I fought anyone who said negative things about the company. But you also saw THEIR posts. You heard what THEY said about the management of this company. You KNOW the reason why the company tells people up front about where they intend to invest the proceeds from the private placement. You know there is alot that I have never posted about, this time around. And you know why the is so much short interest in the company.

This company has a product that I was amazed with the first time I heard about it. I still am. I just refuse to belive the company without an outside official calling the game. If you left it to them, they would always win.

Rick

PS VCU won tonight. But, no matter what the coaches tell me, I know it is going to be a long season. And TC- Do you where Tubby got his coaching start?
