I did. The conclusion is that the net subsidy is negative. The argument presented was that Governments in the US (and even more so in Europe and Japan) profit more from oil than the oil companies. A more specific argument which I've posted multiple times on SI is that the special targeted taxes on the oil industry are higher than the special targeted tax breaks for the oil industry, in fact higher than the profits of the oil industry.
