beautiful city with an incredible setting" look like the Germans could not eat the beauty and the setting and needed a job... Rio de Janeiro is also beautiful city but it is a real. Real cities must have slums, prostitutes, rich people poor people and money and jobs. I am not sure cities have to have as much poverty and negativity as Rio has.........in fact, I know they don't. However, they do have to produce jobs.........all kinds of jobs........to remain economically heatlhy. Apparently, Vancouver is not doing that at the present time.
