Grommit, medicare or otherwise, do you really think as old people get older we're going to need less of what OHI provides? I think they are in a very steadily growing business with solid as a rock foundational underpinnings. I used the medicare rumor scares as a buy opportunity when it dipped below $15. The yield on that base alone was worth the risk. I think this one is a long term keeper, at least until the baby boomers die off. :)
