So maybe health care didn't really pass then? If you blame Frank for the economic collapse - a preposterous conclusion that ignores reality - then doing the same it is the fault of republicans that Obamacare was passed.

CLEARLY, Obamacare is the responsibility of democrats - for good or bad. And CLEARLY the economic collapse from the housing bubble is the responsibility of Bush and republicans.
