re LWLG - that makes sense - based largely on the fast move and my read of the technicals, I was able to get out 3+ and I'm buying back in here at 2+. I had a big gain and needed to make the trade. Now I'm looking more at the longer term possibilities. Poison pill doesn't scare me as these microcaps don't do deals unless management is taken care of one way or another. Under promise and over-deliver makes it look better to me. I was concerned that they might do a stock dump, but now it's looking more like retail traders such as myself. I'm also assuming that they want to get it to the $5 level to get to that better universe of potential investors.
