charger, barrons comes out on saturday. i didn't pick it up yet but, from what you said. the bcmd article is no that at all. it most likely be in the current corporate report advertising section and paid for by the company. no big deal. i looked at their jv deal. it is not imho a good deal. bcmd could have sold 10mm shs at 1.50, received 15mm and retained 100% of their properties with only 20% dilution in the stock. now they will have 50% of the action for 50% of the play. figure this out, they sold 6mm shs for 30cents(options) so now they are up to 50mm shs. at $2 they had a 100mm market cap. look for 50,000 ozs per year(reasonable at best) . profit after taxes etc. $100 per oz(liberal estimate)bcmd share 50% 2.5mm bucks on 50mm shs. 5cents a share untaxed because of their loss carryforwards. where do we go from here?
