yes indeed. both parties, but one general philosophy.. socialism through keynesianism. liberals in both parties have done it. bush believed in capitalism until he had a crisis. then he listened to his keynesian advisers instead of standing on principle. to varying degrees, i suspect it's going to happen to all of them, because we're headed for another big crisis. unless they all learn to stand on principle (highly unlikely) we're all going to pay big price.
