The Proxy Vote Count:
I promised a update tonight with the current number of shares held by this group and here it is: 347400 shares as of tonight. Where are the shares? The directors don't hold them and I don't know of any funds other than Midas that has any position in Fairmile. This is driving me crazy, the numbers don't add up. Any members that attend the meeting let me know who is holding the large positions in this company.

Thank all of you that have answered me and I wish we all could attend the meeting in person.

I thought I would send my proxy by registered mail when I have a agreement with the rest of you about what we expect from this company and it's directors. I would encourage you all to do the same except for those you can attend the meeting in person. Those that attend in person can voice our concerns and bring our proxies to the rest of the shareholders attention. I would attend but with my loses this last year I have to work twice as hard.

Post any ideas in the forum or e-mail me your thoughts. I hope that tonight I receive some response from our overseas shareholders which to help our cause. I have a friend that has posted in some overseas threads looking for additional shareholders. This stock was promoted alot in France and Asia, there must be some unhappy people that would be glad to come in with us. All I'm looking for is to let the company know that we will not let them plunder this company by picking up cheap options to sell back to us after promises of larger gold deposits. As far as any ideas of any lawsuits I would rather eat dirt than have anything to do with ANY LAWYER. (Thats just my feeling about lawyers)

Thanks for the additional info, but then my next wuestion wwould be - how economic is the property without the copper offsetting the cost of production? The FLA property has little or no additional metals to offset production costs.
