Got it. I'm pretty new to the site so I missed when you had posted about it originally.

I thought the same thing about ELAN but modeled the cash and they seemed to have enough to acquire 15%(which is all the holding company needs). I figured the lack of transparency explained the large spread. Plus, 150000 to 1 reverse split; pretty sweet!
