I'm pretty confident he would not have bailed out the banks and that they would have prosecuted the criminals. The GOP did it during the 80's and the GOP hates gov't bailouts and loves to dismantle failing institutions and auction them off to the highest bidder. It's in their DNA. Bush Junior was an aberration. Romney was a turnaround specialist and when he couldn't turn them around, he bought them for cheap and dismantled them. I know the Dems hate that idea, but that's how you make room for better businesses...you get rid of the failed ones and the people who ran them into the ground.

So on the economy, I believe Romney would do a much better job than Obama. Plus, I believe Romney might not have signed the NDAA bill. Obama stands head and shoulders above the GOP on renewable energy and environmental stewardship. So that's the price I'll pay for not voting for him again. But when I way my Constitutional rights and the economy against the renewable energy, I feel the former are more urgently in need of being addressed. I want Obama replaced for those reasons.

I know that's not what many of you want to hear, but it's where I'm at right now. Obama started to lose me with the bailouts and non-prosecutions, but he lost me for good when he signed the NDAA bill.
