Judy: Yeah, I shorted RMBS yesterday afternoon, got stopped out this morning and then did it again. I was long for the ride though in my other account. The funny thing about IOM is that it often moves contra to the tech market. Usually on the days it's really got volume and moving, you look and the Dow will be down 30-70 and the Nasdq down 5-15 or so. It's wierd. The court hearing is on the injunction against Nomai to prevent it from selling allegedly zip compatible disks in Europe. I think that's right. BTW, I had an email from a reporter from a national magazine today wanting to interview me and other online traders for a story they're doing. I think you're much better interview material than me, so if you want to do this, send me your email and I'll pass it along to the reporter.
