Abortion is certainly an issue that is and will be an issue in this Presidential Campaign. Obama is on the wrong side of the question as witnessed by his celebration of R V Wade of 1973 in his January Celebration statement.

Obama failed or deliberately did not tell Americans that 54,000,000 million boys and girls have died via abortion since R.V. Wade. The Feminist misled a lot of women on this issue.

It was the opposition to ERA that brought in the Conservatives who agreed with Reagan and formed the grassroots to help him get elected along with the economy of that time. That opposition was based in part on the federal power grab that would have occurred over the States.

This is not the number one issue in this election but one that is an energizing factor behind the scenes, bringing in many volunteers to do the grassroots work necessary to win.

I agree liberal women don't have both oars in the water but for a different reason. They are treated like handmaidens who do all the heavy lifting for the Democrat Party - then when one of them feels she deserves to run for the presidency(think Hillary:) the male Dems would rather make their candidate a minority male with a very lightweight resume than a female Dem. Hillary endured terrible humiliation by staying in the WH with a skirt-chasing husband, for the sake of the Democrat Party, yet it was too much to ask for them to make her their nominee. Liberal men have far less respect for women than Republican men.
