Warren I had a chance to talk with people at Faulkner and Mamo and they are upbeat about finally launching into the comercial arena with the machine. I really believe things are on track to a degree.. yes they are late getting the study off the ground and yes they should be further along.... but when you consider the cost of designing a new widget and having a supplier tool up for it and you walk them through the initial problems and they mature and learn to deliver what you need...for mass production and you realize that now you need something slightly different etc.. they are doing a hell of a job. I don't see any major show stoppers is a slow process in which the technology and application develops and the world is slow to accept it and patiente will be rewarded... as I have said many times before this style of investing is probably the easiest and the hardest there is. you buy low and wait a long time...Warren Buffets way... Warren, Good to know that you're still with us ! I just submited this thread to Yahoo few minutes ago. It took me couple of hours to solve the URL problem. Warren here is a copy of the clinical protocol digital xrays are expected to meet in order to be certified by FDA. I think is a proposed protocol but after reading it, it occurs to me we are doing excactly the same thing (I HOPE) I do hope we are not reinventing the wheel..or lost in space doing some herculean task or something open ended. This has a begining a middle and an end. ... and I do hope Jack is not planning to take forever.. seems to me we should have this data or most of it already... please if you can forward this to Jack and Enrique for their information.. thanks in advance..... fda.gov keep up the faith... luis
