"got quiet here suddenly ?" Yep. And isn't it a shame? It would seem like such a no-brainer to openly jump up and be counted as standing behind human rights and freedoms and allowing people who are 'different' (through race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, age, sex, marital status, family status, disability, sexual orientation) to be treated without prejudice or harm. But the appeal to exclusivity and special privilege and moral superiority is a difficult appeal for some to set aside... As far as Leviticus...this is the book of the bible where "Yahweh" gets to do almost all the talking. Translate that as 'Priestly Authority' or 'tribal dictator through secret voices'...and you get the gist. Good for Sir Ian!
