Don't know what CNBC said, but I saw a Dow Jones news story that said the 9th District Court rejected AVNT request to overturn the preliminary injunction of ArcCell. The matter is remitted back to Judge Whyte for review of Aquarius. The discovery on ArcCell took between 6-9 months. Given that Judge Whyte never held discovery proceedings on Aquarius, my guess is that we're going to have to wait a while before Judge Whyte rules on Aquarius. My strategy would be to cover and look to re-enter positions at a higher level. Have a great weekend. IMO.
