RomneyCare and ObamaCare are the same thing. The only difference is that Romney’s was imposed at the state level where Obama’s was imposed nationally. Maybe not exactly the same thing, but they are pretty close. Also that one difference is an important one for constitutional reasons. Still RomneyCare is Romney's biggest weakness as a candidate. It looks like he might be the nominee (and I'm not to exited about the other guys anyway), definitely a year to vote against someone (Obama) rather than for a candidate I'm really behind.
