ACTM, appears to be basing nicely. Pulled above and remained over the down trendline for 3 days in a row. Indicators still look pretty strong though flattened a bit today. Significant narrowing of the Bollingers. Could base awhile or pop but appears a near term bottom may have been reached. Very close to a cross of the 21 day MA by the 10 day...these are volume adjusted MA's in this case. Dark yellow and dark blue directly under price. geocities.com Obviously news still the determining factor.
