I'm all for appointing Paul Ryan 'Emergency Financial Manager'.....Cash Czar if the title fits....since congress and the executive branch have no idea how to manage cash, produce a budget or any of those inconvenient things.....my state is doing that in districts where the lefties have run things totally into the ground & yeah, sure they are squealing like the pigs they are when their trough is removed from their control. Not interested in hearing any anti constitutional arguments, since that document has become not much more than a doormat for these morons to wipe their feet on. Fire them all.
