One interesting question that comes to mind during this discussion involves the so-called "hate crime laws". Why do they exist? I suggest that the leftists actually validate the arguments of racists because the "hate crime laws" that they promulgate assert that interracial crimes are far, far worse than the same crimes committed intraracially. In making this precise distinction along racial lines, the leftists unwittingly highlight and focus on the real racial differences that they insist do not exist. The fact that hate crime laws are deemed absolutely necessary by the left only underscores the fact that multiculturalism is an abject failure, as many world leaders have stated. Indeed, such special measures involving strict force and a special application of the law are constantly required to prevent nature from taking its course in our multiculturalism society. jlallen unwittingly reasserts the same points when he defends Obama and Michelle while simultaneously cussing us out. Think about how silly it sounds when he essentially blurts out, "Don't call her a gorilla, you pompous ass!" LOL. That's the height of hypocrisy, but that has been his consistent theme all during this prolonged and redundant argument. The fact that jlallen constantly belabors the poor treatment of Obama and Michelle while cussing us out in the same breath clearly indicates how far from ideal we are as a nation. Indeed, conservatives have a long road ahead of us when Obama and his enablers have willing servants in the Republican Party who are very eager to do their bidding and routinely do so. -ng- Oh, and regarding those hate crime laws, the Black-on-White crime rate dwarfs the White-on-Black crime rate. What do the leftists have to say about that?

I have explained on several ocassions why it is I think that conservatives need to avoid the kind of racist, scurrilous and ignorant attacks on the Obamas which I cited in John's posts......It is understandable that you would both feel uncomfortable about admitting that those attacks are gratuitious and actually provide aid to those on the left who wish to play the race card and divert attention from Obama's abysmal record......but the FACT remains that those attacks which I cited specifically (and there are others of that ilk on this board) ARE racist and ignorant. All your mental gymnastics will not change that basic fact. J.
