We develop it and send it ti China to make. Apple makes most of their stuff in Asia for instance. The real missed opportunity - a huge missed opportunity - was that other countries passed us in green energy development. But even that wasn't a missed education problem - it was a stupid oil focused President with no vision whatsoever problem. These green energy jobs could be filled by those from the housing job losses.
