Apparently you weren't very successful at anything. No wonder you favor income redistribution.

That was a classic right wing thing to say-lol. And as usual you measure success in terms of money. Very shallow.

What did you do that was so great? It certainly wasn't sharpening your thinking.

I don't favor income distribution for myself or any of my family. We are all well to do as we all managed to get lots of education; but for the poor, as I see how they struggle and I have compassion for them.

I feel I had a very successful life. I took care of my entire family. Took care of my mom for 25 years, put two girls through good pre schools, schools and colleges, always paid my child support and got an eduction myself. So where exactly did I fail?

I feel I was generous and worked hard at the many jobs I had over the years. And I have lifetime paid medical insurance. Have a good job now.

So what part of that do you find as unsucccessful. I once asked my kid if I was a good dad: "she said dad you took care of all of us".

Isn't that the real definition of success? Taking care of your family? That is our primary job in life. Not getting rich.
