nadine , i'm well aware that the ethics charges were dropped except for one, he was reprimanded and fined $300k...all it takes is one ethics charge to stand to make the claim true (first time in history)

the more salient point is his own party was throwing ANYTHING the could at the wall to see what 'stuck' because he was destroying the party with his 'leadership', getting booted for being a bad leader is a scathing indictment on his leadership style....and he is after all, running for president, so getting the story out about his fall as speaker is fair game
