Neither of them is my type. :)

Seriously, I know more vegans and vegetarians that look like death warmed over and aren't healthy at all. I'm 63, eat like a truck driver and can do things many half my age cannot. My idea of a great meal is a minimum one pound Prime rib eye steak and a Beefeater's over the rocks with a twist and an olive.
