How about because nobody is bothering to upgrade Win3.1 systems these days. Why patch that 486 when sub-$1,000 Pentium systems (with Win95 preloaded and preconfigured, of course) are so readily available.

btw, how is it that a product with less than 5% of market can outsell a product with 90% of the market? Or are you just saying that cause Guy told you to?
