I heard Gingrich on TV last night tell an audience he'd deploy Six Sigma strategies to streamline our military. Six Sigma strategies are complicated, but extremely effective in reducing and actually eliminating waste and fraud and determining and implementing strategies for best, real world scenario outcomes. I have to say I LOVE THIS. This is exactly what needs to happen, but it won't because Mitt Romney will probably buy the nomination and we'll be stuck with old and outdated inside the box "solutions." Besides Joe...................our votes are a total waste of time and energy where we live. Take heart though...........I hear that could change. ;)
