I just listened to that cut 10 times closely and Romney said "I am NOT going to use that money to fund Obamacare" and then he listed the things on which he would spend the money.

This is completely consistent with his real intentions, not a hatchet-job interpretation of his intentions.

Neeka, it was edited to cut out the word "not". As in "not" pay for Obamacare.
