Foxconn who has 13 factories in nine Chinese cities alone and employs a work force there larger than the total global employee count of Nokia and Samsung Telecoms supplies electronic componentry to both and has for years. They are the world's largest maker of electronic components including but by no means limited to printed circuit boards, nor China.

That is beyond my knowledge base. Rather obviously average wages are considerably lower in China and other Asian countries than they are in the US, UK, Germany, or Finland, (or even South Korea) which is why those countries have seen manufacturers relocate their own primary finished goods manufacturing facilities although logistical proximity to the potential customer base is also a factor in doing so.
