Dave, Thanks for the information. Much of it was unknown to me before your post. This is exactly the kind of dialogue I would like to carry on. If the allegations are true, then someone needs to go to jail and those who have suffered finacially must be recompensed. Again. Thanks for the information! Gary

David, I'm not the least bit afraid of the SEC or anyone else taking me to court for the things I've said, which, have all been my personal opinion. The first ammendment still allows us to voice our opinion - whether the seemingly libelous remarks can be proved or not. THANK GOD FOR THE CONSTITUTION!!! Believe me, I have had absolutely no effect on this stock. In fact, I still subscribe to the idea that all SOLV ever had to do to succeed was to do what they said they would do. If the oil had started to flow, all critics (including me) would have been silenced immediately. Gary
