I met a geologist in Vancouver that was driving taxi. He could not get proper accreditation once he arrived without repeating two years of school he was saving up for. Canada promises things to immigrants and when they arrive we pull the rug out from under them. However Canadians can boast our taxi drivers are among the highest educated in the world.
