Try checking the date of the statement again. It's from 2010. It refers to the hexane poisoning incidents of 2009, which is what this whole flap is about.

There are no reports of new hexane poisoning of Wintek employees in 2011. That happened in 2009. Apple reported on it. Wintek stopped using hexane after the 2009 incident, according to the "official" link I provided you.
