Looks like a lot of hot air, hype, and some interesting products. The battle with DOJ is getting pretty intense. Looks like this time around the DOJ has a strong case in conjunction with a lot of public and industry support. We need to foster competition, innovation, and adequate consumer education. The bottomline: Microsoft has an uphill battle going forward.

Dermot I was at Comdex and the company was called Microshaft Winblows98 winblows.com.
They were on the street corner next to the convention centre giving out buttons.

Another interesting event on the opossite corner which I think was union members but I am not 100% sure were handing out pamphlets condemming Sun for using non-union members to contruct new facilities somewhere in the US which I can't recall.

Patriot Scientific's booth was very small and the NC didn't have any really good software running to see how fast it ran and they didn't have a benchmark program either. So to me it sure seemed like more PR than actual performance. How in the heck can you say it's very fast when their isn't anything to compare it to.
