This board is all about "shameful deception" - your moderation and posting style has ensured that.

Meanwhile, back on Planet Reality...

"Apple considers this series of incidents to be a core violation for worker endangerment. We required Wintek to stop using n-hexane and to provide evidence that they had removed the chemical from their production lines. In addition, Apple required them to fix their ventilation system. Since these changes, no new workers have suffered difficulties from chemical exposure."

>>After hundreds of Chinese workers got nerve damage from n-hexane use related to Apple products, hundreds of other workers were hurt in separate explosions at direct iPad component suppliers, and many were killed. <<

In the interest of accuracy, I'll point out that in neither case is the word "hundreds" accurate. There were 137 workers poisoned by hexane exposure, and 79 total workers in two separate explosions related to aluminum dust.

I know you wouldn't want an exaggeration like that to remain uncorrected.
