DE is worthy of being a core holding in anyone’s portfolio, IMO. I like the fact that they are expanding aggressively in Brazil, where their market share in tractors and combines has been lower than in most countries where they do business.

I'll go for a few shares of Deere based partly on its growth prospects in Brazil and India.
