I can't imagine walking by a buffet table of fancy "all you can eat" deserts and not eating any.... the only skinny people I know pretty much refuse to eat sugar except for maybe once a year they'll have a slice of birthday cake or piece of chocolate. Its as addictive as crack.

Actually, healthy weight people with low body fat might have a "taste" of a desert "now and then" while I'll be tempted to have two pieces...and I like some reduced calories/fat ice cream every day. That extra 300 calories a day adds up despite all the exercise and healthy food I eat otherwise.... and on a cruise... I'd be drawn to the buffet table so I avoid them!
