Growing up Chiatt must have been a champion in the "dodge ball" contest because he is the "grand champion" in his radio interview.

How many times did he respond..."That's a good question" and then proceeds to avoid a direct answer.

When ask about the rate they can process a job, he responds...."and so today we're running at a rate---Matridigm likes to keep that number as their internal number, but it's faster than anything that I've seen on the market place".

He nearly let the "cat out of the bag" when he suddenly realized that the answer he was about to give was.....ZERO rate, because they have no customers.....

It is too bad that he has lived such a sheltered life and not had the opportunity to see other company products that obviously are faster than anything he has seen on the market place.

The other classic dodge in the interview was about the question of price. Give this man a "golden dodge ball" for his winning dodging the question response.

TED,

Thanks for the pointer to that, I for one cant help but stop to wonder that the 24% of firms that responded to the survey by stating that they have a plan in progress, aren't roughly equal to the total of firms whose business is reliant on software that must be compliant. There are many business that yes they will have a funky date on a report here and there but nothing falls out of the sky or causes the business to collapse. I just attended an Electronic filing seminar for the IRS, and can state they they have the problem near completion! Damn and with 2 years still to go, you see date are critical here so just maybe there part of the lowly 24%. At any rate the shills wont just roll over and die here, many have made money and moved on but there will always be a late comer or two that will try to get his piece of the ZITs action so, keep and ear to the ground :)

Happy Trading

Stan

Hi Ted,
Thanks very much for that find. I just finished listening to it at the Zitel site but I'm not posting to state my impressions, instead I'd like to hear yours :)
You know I respect your opinion and your objectivity. I'd like to get your "read" on his statements if you'd care to give them.

You have a good night.

Deep
