Hi Johnny Hey that's my thinking too..Yeah maybe you can get them at lower prices but they could surprise too... Bumps and grinds are all over the place... They just got downgraded as a group, and I'll bet good money<g>, some major firm upgrades them too.. With all the Asian problems manifesting itself now, the techs are shaky... BUT, if companys go under bet there will be BIGGER boys to gobble these unfortunate co's up at bargain basement prices.. Gain market share for the next and best run yet to come... Within all the "ruins & debris," out there, will come stronger and better positoned companys to participate in the coming explosion... People say that "the meek shall inherit the earth", well not in the TECH SECTOR....It's survival of the fittest.... The real good news is that with all this dumping of goods world wide prices will remain low and wage preasures will dissapate somewhat... You can not raise prices with the Global Community as it stands now... In fact the disinflationary forces that are obvious now will impact the US bottom line some, so that AG will not raise rates for ALL of 98, IMO...It just may be he will have to LOWER rates if our economy stalls at all...Geez I wonder what the markets would do if THAT event happened... Right now the techs will begin to catch up to the broader market advances...I think from what I know to be fact, this Q will be the last Q of transition for all the tech, esp the semis & semi equip makers...People are bottom fishing in the DD, DRAMS & Equip guys, as we speak.. John, we will all be happy campers on down the road, buying and NOT trading these terrific stocks...Here's a real chance at making BIG BUCKS for 98, BIG BUCKS!!!!!! Good Trading to you, My Regards, Jerry
