Thestreet.com had a write up tonight on option activity in various stocks today. VVUS was one mentioned and it appears that there was heavy volume in their way out calls...even their 40's. Speculation was that someone thinks that near term news will drive the common to these levels.

Cacaito,the Lue abstract in the J of Urology you ar asking about is the abstract he presented at the Amer Urol Assos meeting last April in
New Orleans. It is the only published abstract.It is in the May issue of the Jour of Urol in the abstract section;Vivus' abstract on MUSE for prostatic cancer is in the same Journal issue.
