Greg ,The Figures released 12/1/97will reflect earnings to date and other info to date .What is that date .Sept 30th oct 30th?

It is my understanding at the current time that the additional one million shares have not been placed yet. The one million shares I believe will be held and not in the effective float even if the company reports 3.6 million shares. When I find out about the placement of the million shares and whether they are tightly held, I will post this information.
