They have always been against Obama. Notice how Gingrich has slipped in the religion issue through the back door. He has been frequently mentioning "attacks against Christianity" and he made that reference once yesterday during his after election Florida speech. His tactics have shifted to rally the Christian evangelicals against his Mormon opponent.. He has already made race an issue and tried to rally the white vote by labeling Obama as "food stamp President" to insinuate that Obama grew up on food stamps.
