digitom: Thanks for the interesting article.

I have posted your posting in the WCOM and MCI threads. It would be nice if MCI-WCOM makes a bid for QWST at an appropriate time. I am biased. I have vested interests in all.

Thank you

To All:

Steve Shook of Interstate/Johnson/Lane has come out with a 'long term buy" rating on WCOM with a 12 month price target of $45.

He has followed WCOM/LDDS/Resurgence/etc. for many years and has been very good. My original purchase of Resurgence for $2 a share was based upon his recommendation. Needless to say, I am very happy about that purchase.

He also has always been very conservative. In fact, when the MFS merger took place he went to a no opinion stance until this buy recommendation.

I think (and hope) his $45 target is as conservative as his previous recommendations.

Regards,

Ken
