Joe, I meant no offense, and I took your comments with objectivity. I hope you're not skewing my comments because I got curt with your brother. I respect your opinions and you have some genuine concerns.

I'm glad you felt what you had to do. Do whatever you wish. I kinda wished that you were in rmil from beginning to now; concerns like this are mild to the ones on that thread. This company will see over 1, contrary to unpopular belief. Wait till next week, sir. We'll see then.

And btw, it's not 24 billion. It's 24 million. I know that is a typo. They are getting the 24 million by exploring other avenues. Of course, they're working on other things, such as web design and technological breakthroughs.

Excuse me..... I read earlier in the day that you dumped your NETZ shares. Now you continue to post spending hours of your valuable time attempting to make the company look bad. Why? Either you are trying to tank the price and buy back in or you are one of the most compassionate and caring traders in the world!
Nuff said, don't you think. Goodbye Mex.

TokyoMex: Your contributions to this thread can be very valuable and I hope you stick around and give us good unbiased research.

4) Co who is starting as a new high tech software co with 15 employees has 4 engineers and 6 management, 3 sales. I think it shud be other way around, I would like to see 10 engineers, 2 management and 3 support. Its obvious this co is more concerned with where the money is coming and going then having people work on the technology.

It takes a couple of months to complete research on a company, so I stress that the research on NETZ is in its infancy. No one at this point knows enough to make a factual statement one way or another. That is a point everyone should be able to agree upon. Yesterday's posts by you were not represenatative of your ability because of the obvious, but in the past you have done good work and I hope you will continue.

Let's begin with the corporate composition that currently exists, and you state are improper. We do know they are interviewing for an additional engineer right now. We also know and Lynn confirmed that
engineers do not jump into someone elses work because they must know the code per line. I have been in both AVNT and CDN and have a general understanding about this.

You state the company should have 10 engineers right now. Why?
I do not have enough information regarding their current work load, sales figures, product development time...to have an idea about this.

If what you have advised us is true, there could be reason for concern. I want to take your concern with the company on Monday and will appreciate your input. I have been operating at this point that they are allocating employees properly. I will get a better handle on this and report back what I find. How did you come up with your corporate structure for NETZ at this time of its development?

I agree completely with your opinion on the make-up of the employee
pool. I am a project leader for a software company and I can tell you
first hand that having more managers than technical people is going
to get them absolutely nowhere. And very fishy if you ask me. We've
been trying to stay cutting edge with our software for a long time with
only 4 people and we fell behind every year. This kind of thing that
NETZ is trying to accomplish can be especially labor intensive.
We have since been bought out and we now have 20 engineers
working to do the same job we had 4 people for before.. Finally we
are staying with the times. AND if you include everyone with responsibiliy
for this as far as management there are 2 people, and one of them is
a VP who doesn't get his hands dirty in the technical stuff.
Where do they get off having more than 1/3 management?

The CEO doesn't know the financials? Boy that's somebody I want
running a company I'm invested in... I hate to be negative guys but
this is one time I took my .04 gain and went elsewhere on Friday.
Even .04 is pretty respectable really if you can keep doing it and
this is starting to have a bad feel. I'll play it for momentum only from
here on out.
