To all,

Calling for certs may be moot at this point.If this deal
takes place as a reverse merger (as has been reported) that will
mean the shares you now own will be folded into the new company
at a prescribed ratio. They will probably change many things including
the name of the company. I don't think shorting is much of a problem
here anyway.Regards,p.b.
