Dave: I went back and checked for you. You have to use the symbol BIME, not bimed. The news is only under that symbol. When you get to the BIME page on daily stocks, scroll over to the pr/bus wire/reuters.
click on that it will give you the story. The man's name is Ira Ritter. The deal sounds real fishy to me, and apparantly everyone else. al
